Encounter yourSELF – Personal development workshops

Every Wednesday, from 18.00 to 19.30, take time for yourSELF!

Personal development is a key component for a healthy and happy life.

Do you want to make a change in your life? To liberate yourself from fear and anxiety? To learn how to express your needs? To set goals and reach them? To discover who you truly are and become the designer of your life?

If YES, join us on this journey towards the center of your being! A journey through which you will learn to take responsibility for your own identity, freedom and happiness.

It might not be immediately obvious but life can be lived without fear, stress, anxiety, suffering. We can learn how to manage our emotions, conflicts and problems. We can decide how we want to live our life.

Each week we will explore certain subjects that are important for our personal growth and well-being. For more details follow our facebook page. Everybody is welcome, as much and as often as you want!

*This group will be conducted by Karina Minda, she is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, certified by the College of Psychologists of Romania. In 2013 she started her psychotherapy training, and, with it, an intensive self-exploratory journey. Since 2016 she is certified in Transpersonal Analysis and Pneuma Breathwork, by Inkarri Cultural Association. The primary objective of her work is to help people be aware of who they are, start their journey to freedom and take responsibility for their own life.
